Role Overview
We are seeking a Purchase Manager to oversee procurement, vendor management, and material planning. The role involves ensuring timely supply of quality materials, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, rate negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain material trackers.
- Ensure compliance with approved BOQs and project timelines.
- Coordinate logistics and support invoicing/payment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and invoicing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
