🚨 We're Hiring | Purchase Manager 🚨
VATSGROUP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our Procurement team. If you have 5–8 years of experience in the PEB, Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC industry, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career with us.
💰 Salary Structure
- CTC: 5 – 8 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)
What You'll Do
✅ Manage end-to-end procurement of PEB materials, including structural steel, steel coils, roofing sheets, fasteners, insulation, and accessories.
✅ Develop and manage vendors while negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
✅ Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with Design, Production, and Project teams for effective material planning.
✅ Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely material availability, and support uninterrupted production.
✅ Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and lead time while driving cost optimization.
✅ Coordinate logistics, resolve supply chain challenges, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of procurement experience in the PEB, Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Commerce, or Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of structural steel, fabrication materials, and market pricing
- Expertise in Vendor Development, Commercial Negotiation, Cost Optimization, Inventory Planning, ERP/SAP, and Advanced MS Excel
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
