Job Title: Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management
•Manage procurement of raw materials such as PET bottle scrap/flakes, chemicals, additives, packaging materials, consumables, and plant spare parts.
•Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production interruptions.
•Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) through ERP systems.
•Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, quality, and finance departments.
Technical Skills
•ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / ERPNext)
•Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting
•Vendor management and sourcing
•Contract management
•Inventory planning and procurement analytics
•Strong negotiation skills
•Analytical and problem-solving ability
•Leadership and team management
•Decision-making skills
•Communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred Experience
8–12 years of experience in procurement within manufacturing industries
Minimum 3–5 years in plastics, polymers, PET, rPET, textile, recycling, or process industries preferred
Experience in plant procurement and ERP systems preferred
