Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Procurement Manager based in Bengaluru. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's sourcing capabilities and supply chain, negotiating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and analyzing purchasing decisions for cost efficiency and quality. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to streamline procurement operations and maintain strong supplier relationships. The Procurement Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role in manufacturing or technology industries is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain standards and best practices
