Sainsons Paper Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of agro-based Kraft Paper in North India, located in Pehowa, Haryana. With two units producing approximately 350 tons per day (TPD), the company has established itself as a prominent player in sustainable paper manufacturing. Sainsons Paper Industries is committed to producing high-quality Kraft Paper while contributing to environmentally responsible practices and innovation in the industry.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost optimization—preferably within the paper manufacturing industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities (RM, chemicals, spare parts, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Store, and Finance
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement (Paper Industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and purchase procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
