🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Purchase who has deep understanding of procurement in the renewable energy sector. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to handle end-to-end purchase operations for large-scale projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage end-to-end procurement for solar/EPC projects
✔️ Develop and implement purchase strategies aligned with project timelines
✔️ Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers
✔️ Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
✔️ Handle procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS materials
✔️ Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
✔️ Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
✔️ Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking
✔️ Coordinate with project, finance, and engineering teams
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms
✔️ Optimize procurement cost without compromising quality
