Position: Purchase Manager

Ctc- upto 6 lpa (depend on interview)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire purchase process from sourcing suppliers to finalizing purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, compare proposals, and recommend suitable suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with project timelines.
- Coordinate with project, operations, admin, and finance teams to understand and fulfill requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, agreements, and reports for management review.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Track market trends and explore alternative suppliers to maintain competitive pricing.
- Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical projects preferred; candidates from construction, manufacturing, or FMCG industries will also be considered.
