Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Procurement Professionals to manage end-to-end purchasing activities including direct and indirect procurement, vendor management, import sourcing, and inventory coordination to support manufacturing operations efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle direct and indirect procurement activities for manufacturing operations.
Source and procure raw materials, components, MRO items, consumables, and packaging materials.
Manage domestic and international sourcing, including import documentation and coordination.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost.
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and track PR to PO cycle in ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and planning teams.
Prepare procurement MIS reports, vendor performance reports, and cost analysis.
Ensure timely material availability to avoid production delays.
Support audit requirements and procurement compliance.
