Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Noida. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement strategies, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure materials and services meet quality and budget standards. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, coordinating with internal teams to determine procurement needs, and monitoring market trends to ensure competitive pricing. The Purchasing Manager will also implement cost-effective purchasing strategies and maintain compliance with organizational and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Understanding of inventory management, supply chain systems, and cost control
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance practices
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering field is preferred
