Requirements
Must have experience in F&B / Café / Restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of purchase, inventory, and supply chain
Good vendor management and negotiation skills
Experience in centralized stock management and procurement
Able to standardize supply systems across outlets
Good with Excel and inventory software
Responsibilities
Manage central purchasing for all outlets
Control stock and reduce wastage
Handle vendors, pricing, and supply planning
Ensure smooth and timely outlet supply
Maintain purchase and inventory reports
