Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, maintain inventory levels, and analyze market trends to ensure the best quality and value for goods and services. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, securing contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to meet supply chain needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationship management
- Inventory management and supply chain optimization skills
- Strong analytical skills for market research, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry supply chains and materials is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
