Role Overview
We are seeking two motivated Executives – Purchase & Procurement with experience in facade and fenestration systems. The ideal candidates will assist in vendor coordination, material sourcing, documentation, and order tracking to ensure seamless procurement operations for premium architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in end-to-end procurement of facade and fenestration materials such as aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and accessories.
- Identify potential suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements for evaluation and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, order tracking systems, and supplier databases.
- Follow up on payments, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and new vendor opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the facade and fenestration industry (industry experience is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of aluminium systems, glass, hardware, and related materials.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in architectural systems or construction material procurement will be preferred.
