Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Udaipur. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for handling purchase orders, managing purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement activities, maintaining communication with suppliers, and supporting purchase management processes. Ensuring timely procurement of goods, evaluating vendor performance, and building strong supplier relationships will be central to the role. Additionally, the role includes preparation and documentation of purchase contracts and reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
- Strong skills in Purchase Management and procurement processes
- Effective Communication skills to handle vendor relationships and negotiate terms
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and tracking of purchasing activities
- Prior experience in the heavy machinery, construction, or mining industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is ideal
