Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vasai for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will manage daily responsibilities, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and overseeing the procurement process. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products and services is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will also monitor inventory levels and work on maintaining accurate records of purchases and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management tasks.
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and strategies.
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage records efficiently.
- Experience in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
