Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive at Shiv Manpower Services, located in Chhatral. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, implementing procurement strategies, and maintaining communication with suppliers. Daily responsibilities include ensuring timely procurement of required materials, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing purchasing efficiencies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
- Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement processes
- Strong Communication skills for vendor negotiations and internal coordination
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP or procurement software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
