Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of ordered and received goods.
• Identify and interview suppliers to determine product availability and terms of sale.
• Verify and track inventory receipts, completing necessary reports and logs.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders for supplies and equipment.
• Analyze market trends and delivery systems to assess material availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and received merchandise.
• Implement policies and procedures related to purchasing and contract management.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to evaluate stock levels and requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of product or material specifications.
• Address and resolve vendor complaints and claims.
• Represent the company in contract negotiations and policy development with suppliers.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of purchasing and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications
- Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including experience with Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions accurately and efficiently.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use basic ERP or inventory management tools, with strong MS Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with timelines and targets.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer products purchasing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
