Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for handling purchase orders, managing purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining strong communication with vendors. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory control to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Purchase Management and Procurement processes
- Excellent Communication skills for vendor management and internal coordination
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the electrical equipment industry is an advantage
