Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process for organic ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies needed for daily operations. Typical tasks include reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Purchasing Executive will monitor inventory levels, compare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and help maintain quality and compliance with organizational standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting continuous improvement in procurement practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess core Procurement skills, such as vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic numerical and analytical skills to track inventory, evaluate quotations, and prepare reports.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in food, FMCG, or organic products, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
