Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive based in Mumbai. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring timely sourcing of materials to meet operational needs. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and cost-efficient procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes.
- Strong Procurement expertise and the ability to manage sourcing activities.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using purchasing or ERP systems is preferred.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines efficiently.
- Relevant experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
