Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will handle day-to-day procurement activities, including managing purchase orders and requisitions, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves consistent communication with suppliers, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring procurement compliance while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Understanding of Procurement processes and best practices
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Past experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is advantageous
