Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will manage procurement activities, process purchase orders and requisitions, liaise with vendors and suppliers, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products or materials. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management
• Strong knowledge and experience in Procurement processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective vendor and stakeholder collaboration
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
