Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchasing Executive, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Purchasing Executive will handle tasks such as creating and managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, and coordinating procurement activities. The role also involves effective communication with vendors and internal teams, as well as contributing to overall purchasing strategy and operations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Proficiency in Procurement processes and supply chain management
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, such as ERP platforms
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines is a plus
