Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring timely procurement of required materials, liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to meet organizational purchasing needs while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Proven expertise in Procurement, including supplier negotiations and vendor management
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost optimization practices
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with purchasing software and tools is a plus
