Atithy Construction is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in Thane, Maharashtra.
📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra
💼 Position: Purchase Executive
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and site teams for procurement planning.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP procurement systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
