We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our HVAC team in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, sourcing materials, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase HVAC & project materials
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices
- Compare quotations and manage purchase orders
- Track material deliveries and inventory
- Coordinate with Projects, Production, Stores & Accounts
- Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- HVAC, manufacturing, or project procurement experience is preferred
