Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Engineer at PREET TRACTORS & COMBINES, located in Nabha. The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing purchasing processes, coordinating purchase orders, planning procurement activities, and analyzing supplier performance to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to fulfill material requirements and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Planning, and Purchase Management
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and ensuring compliance with procurement standards
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and optimizing purchasing strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or agricultural equipment industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
