Purchase Coordinator
Porceko India Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth material flow for production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase coordination activities
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
- Raise and track purchase orders through ERP systems
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and finance teams
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and consumables
- Verify invoices and maintain procurement documentation
- Support quality checks and resolve supplier-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
