Raw Material Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sourcing opportunities while ensuring compliance with organic standards.
- Source and procure high-quality organic raw materials from approved suppliers, documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchase terms.
- Ensure timely procurement to support production requirements.
- Monitor raw material quality and coordinate with the Quality team when required.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and inventory coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in procurement or raw material purchasing (experience in organic/agri products will be preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, ideally in a manufacturing or trading environment.
