Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, supporting procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Day-to-day tasks include handling purchasing documentation, assisting in supplier negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing activities
- Strong understanding of Procurement principles and practices
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in using procurement or ERP tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the interior design/interior solutions industry is advantageous
