Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Mysore. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders, sourcing and assessing vendors, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Additional tasks may include vendor communication, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and helping improve purchasing practices to optimize cost-efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes and handling Purchase Orders
- Knowledge of Procurement and efficient Purchasing practices
- Strong Communication skills for vendor management and coordination
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on-site in Mysore
- Relevant experience or a related educational qualification in business, supply chain, or procurement is advantageous
