Key Responsibilities
- Help the Purchase Manager in finding and coordinating with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, order confirmation, and delivery status
- Track purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time
- Update clients and internal team about order status
- Maintain vendor details, purchase records, and basic documentation
- Handle daily office work related to purchase and coordination
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to do regular follow-ups and manage multiple tasks
- Organized and responsible in day-to-day work
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in purchase, coordination, or office work will be an added advantage
