Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Purchasing & Accountant Executive. The role involves managing procurement processes, negotiating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in purchasing. Additional responsibilities include financial accounting, maintaining records of transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The role requires ensuring compliance with financial regulations, budgets, and organizational policies while supporting seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Purchasing, Vendor Management, and Inventory Planning
- Expertise in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting
- Proficiency in data handling, Record Management, and Report Preparation
- Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, and Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the interior design or home decor industry, is a plus
