Looking for experienced professionals in procurement & vendor development to join our team!
📍 Location: Gurgaon & Giloth (Rajasthan)
💼 Experience: 10–18+ Years

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
🏭 Industry: Sheet Metal / Heavy Fabrication / Heavy Machinery (Mandatory)
🔎 Role Overview
We are seeking a result-driven professional to manage end-to-end procurement and strengthen the vendor ecosystem. The candidate must have hands-on experience in sheet metal, heavy fabrication, and heavy machinery procurement, along with strong exposure to cost optimization and supplier management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (RFQ to order finalization)
• Source and develop vendors specifically for sheet metal & heavy fabrication components
• Evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, pricing)
• Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
• Ensure timely material availability for production
• Handle procurement of heavy machinery components & fabrication items
• Maintain strong supplier relationships & negotiate contracts
• Coordinate between Gurgaon office & Giloth plant
• Collaborate with production, engineering & quality teams
• Handle contracts, rate agreements & compliance
• Track market trends for better sourcing opportunities
🎯 Key Requirements
• B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
• 10–18+ years in purchase & vendor development
• Mandatory experience in Sheet Metal / Heavy Fabrication / Heavy Machinery industry
• Strong vendor base in fabrication & machining suppliers
• Comfortable with travel between Gurgaon & Giloth plant
• Strong negotiation & costing skills
• Knowledge of industrial components, fabrication drawings, and processes
• ERP exposure preferred
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
