Role Description
The Purchase Store Manager will oversee all purchasing and inventory-related activities to ensure efficient store operations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune Division, Maharashtra, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, preventing retail losses, and ensuring the store is well-organized and customer-ready. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience to provide a seamless customer-centered approach at the store.
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
