Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Purchase (Procurement/Sourcing) professional with deep experience in pharmaceutical raw materials to help drive supplier onboarding, product listing, and customer engagement on our platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between procurement operations and digital product onboarding, ensuring that our e-commerce platform is stocked with high-quality, verified raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

·      Procure pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs, Excipients, Solvents, Specialty Chemicals) from domestic and international suppliers

·      Identify and onboard manufacturers and suppliers on the CLYZO platform

·      Coordinate product listing, including technical specifications, compliance documents, and pricing

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and global vendors with high quality and regulatory standards

·      Interact with customers and procurement teams to understand demand, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction

·      Work with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration, compliance, and order fulfillment

·      Contribute to the standardization of SOPs and documentation for procurement and onboarding processes

·      Monitor market trends and ensure the platform remains competitive in terms of pricing, availability, and product range.

Requirements

·      2+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing within the pharmaceutical industry

·      Strong knowledge of pharma raw materials (especially APIs, Excipients, Solvents, and Specialty Chemicals)

·      Existing network of quality-compliant suppliers and manufacturers, both domestic and international

·      Familiarity with digital platforms, product catalogs, and e-commerce systems is an advantage

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.

·      Strong initiative and a “start from scratch” mentality to build processes, relationships, and systems that will lay the foundation for long-term success.

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
