Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist based in Mumbai. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, vendor management, and ensuring timely procurement of necessary materials. The role also involves analyzing supplier performance, evaluating cost efficiency, and collaborating with various teams to support project requirements. The candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and cost-effective supply chains.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchase Management and effectively overseeing procurement activities
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers, costs, and market trends
• Familiarity with vendor management and supply chain practices
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
