Position: Purchase Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Specialist to join our team in Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes and purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Analyze procurement data and optimize purchasing workflows
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory requirements and support operational needs
- Maintain procurement records and reports accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Purchasing, Procurement Processes & Purchase Orders
- Experience in vendor management and procurement operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of procurement software/tools
- Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in retail/service industry procurement will be an added advantage
