Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying the best suppliers and materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The role includes overseeing procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of sourced materials to support production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract management, and vendor relations
- Knowledge and experience in procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with quality control standards and cost analysis
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in market research to identify sustainable and high-quality textile suppliers
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in textiles, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly desirable
