Designation: Purchase Officer
Experience: Freshers or 1 to 2 years in Pharma Industry
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month

Office Location: 407-A, Primate house, Nr.Judges Bunglows, Bodakdev, S.G Highway, Ahmedabad
Working Days: Mon to Sat, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, 2nd and 4th Saturday off
Job Description:
1. To get quotations and compile them from different vendors
2. To Raise Purchase Order
3. To follow up with vendor for PO confirmation, Product Status and Product Delivery
4. To Check Purchase Bills as per PO
5. Inventory Management at store and LL manufacturing sites
6. To Coordinate and monitor dispatch and delivery of goods
7. To indent all necessary raw material and packaging material required as per production schedule.
8. Oversee and manage the procurement, storage, and inventory of supplies, and related consumables.
9. Ensure all supplies are maintained at appropriate stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
10. Regularly check expiry dates and rotate stock to ensure quality standards.
11. Maintain proper documentation for stock movements and consumption.
12. Co-ordination with Marketing, F&D, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, related with warehouse activity.
