Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Officer, located in Noida. The Purchase Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the procurement process, including managing purchase requisitions, processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring inventory levels. The role requires ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
- Proven skills in Contract Negotiation and supplier/vendor management
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating procurement options
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an added advantage
