Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager specializing in International Procurement for Hotel Supplies, located in Bengaluru. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring hotel-related products from international suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure competitive pricing, managing vendor relationships, coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. Additionally, the role involves evaluating product quality, adhering to company budget constraints, and keeping track of market trends to develop effective purchasing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong procurement and supply chain management skills, including international sourcing and vendor management
  • Proficiency in price negotiation, budgeting, and cost reduction strategies
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and build strong supplier relationships
  • Understanding of market trends, trade regulations, and import/export documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in procurement within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
