Role Description
The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement activities and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials required for production. Key responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring quality standards align with company requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karjan.
Qualifications
- Procurement and Negotiation skills, including vendor management and supplier evaluation.
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain Planning experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Cold Heading, Heat Treatment, and Grinding is preferred.
- Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems, MS Excel, and other purchasing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and internal team coordination.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
