🚨 We’re Hiring | Purchase Manager – Foundry Industry 🚨
We are looking for a highly experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for our 3 units in Jamshedpur. This is a business-critical role, and only candidates with core foundry experience will be considered.
🔴 Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience strictly in Foundry Industry
• Proven experience in procurement of casting raw materials, alloys, scrap, ferro materials, consumables
• Strong vendor network within the foundry ecosystem
• Hands-on experience in price negotiation, rate contracts & cost reduction strategies
• Exposure to multi-unit procurement operations
🔴 Core Responsibilities:
• Strategic sourcing & vendor development (foundry-specific)
• Cost control, budgeting & purchase planning
• Ensuring uninterrupted supply aligned with production schedules
• Inventory optimization & coordination with Production, Stores & Finance
• Compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
