Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager located in Gondal. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, identifying and sourcing quality materials, building relationships with vendors, and negotiating favorable contracts. Responsibilities also include managing procurement budgets, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory levels to meet production requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in vendor management, negotiation, and effective communication skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle procurement processes and align them with deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budget management, and procurement strategies.
- Familiarity with water treatment or industrial manufacturing procurement is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
