Muscat Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and we're looking for a sharp, experienced “Purchase Manager” to own our raw material and vendor strategy in one of India's most demanding sectors: food-grade FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) manufacturing.
If you understand PP granules, fabric quality, liner specifications, and vendor negotiations better than most — this is your stage.
📍 Location
Rajkot, Gujarat — **This is a 100% FIELD ROLE.** You'll be on the factory floor, at supplier plants, and in the market — not behind a laptop at home. If you thrive on being where the action is, you'll love this job.
💼 What You'll Own
- End-to-end procurement of PP granules, fabrics, liners, yarns & packaging consumables
- Vendor development, negotiation, and long-term supplier relationships
- Ensuring BRCGS food-grade quality compliance at every stage of sourcing
- Cost optimization without compromising on quality or compliance
- Market intelligence — staying ahead of raw material price trends
- Coordinating closely with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
🎯 Who We're Looking For
- Solid experience in **FIBC / woven sack / polymer packaging industry** purchase functions
- Strong grip on raw material specs, market rates, and vendor ecosystems
- A negotiator who gets results — and a planner who never lets production stop
- Comfortable with travel and an active, hands-on field role
- Based in or willing to relocate to Rajkot, Gujarat
