Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement processes, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of quality supplies and ingredients. They will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, analyze market trends, and manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure the best products and services for the business.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement, supplier management, and inventory control skills
- Proficiency in negotiation, budgeting, and cost management
- Experience in vendor relationship management and market trend analysis
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with purchasing software or systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry is highly desirable
