Job Title: Purchase Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager – IT Networking Procurement
Location: Noida Sector-65
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
-Source and procure IT networking products
-Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate pricing, quality, lead times, and commercial terms.
-Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
-Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Vendor Management
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
-Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, and service.
-Identify alternate sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
Inventory & Planning
-Coordinate with sales, project, and warehouse teams to understand procurement requirements.
-Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
-Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Documentation & Compliance
-Maintain procurement records, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
-Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
-Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Cost Optimization
-Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings.
-Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing and strategic sourcing.
-Monitor procurement budgets and prepare cost comparison reports.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, IT, or related field.
-2–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in IT networking, telecom, or infrastructure products.
-Knowledge of networking products and fiber optic components will be preferred.
Required Skills
-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
-Good understanding of IT networking and fiber optic products.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
-Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
-Experience in procurement of telecom, networking, wireless, fiber optic, and data center infrastructure products.
-Familiarity with import procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor sourcing from domestic and international markets.
