Mumma Mall is growing across retail and e-commerce, and we are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and execution-focused person to join our team as a Purchase, Inventory & Catalog Executive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, inventory, suppliers, stock reports, purchase follow-ups, and e-commerce catalog operations.
Role Responsibilities:
• Maintain SKU, barcode, product, supplier, and stock data
• Monitor low-stock and zero-stock products across retail stores and e-commerce warehouse
• Coordinate purchase requirements with internal teams
• Follow up with suppliers for rates, availability, dispatch, and delivery
• Support inward, outward, stock transfer, and inventory verification processes
• Coordinate rack-wise stock checking and mismatch reporting
• Assist in Shopify product upload, barcode matching, pricing, and stock updates
• Maintain supplier-wise product and rate records
• Prepare daily and weekly stock, purchase, and catalog reports
• Travel to retail stores when required for stock verification and coordination
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of inventory, purchase, and stock management
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, warehouse, toys, kids’ products, clothing, or consumer goods will be preferred
• Comfortable working with CRM/inventory software and Shopify
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills
• Must be responsible, accurate, and disciplined with data
• Should be comfortable travelling between stores when required
