Role Description
The Purchase Executive – uPVC Extrusion is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities related to uPVC extrusion materials, components, and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement. Day-to-day tasks include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, follow up on order status, and resolve discrepancies related to quality, quantity, and invoices. The role also involves supporting vendor evaluation, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, collaborating with production and warehouse teams, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Commerce, or MBA (Preferred)
Minimum Experience
- 3–5 Years of Procurement & Supply Chain experience
- Minimum 3 Years in the uPVC Profile Extrusion / PVC Compounding / Fenestration Industry (Mandatory)

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement, with an understanding of sourcing raw materials and components for uPVC extrusion or manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or building materials, preferably uPVC profiles or related extrusion industries.
- Ability to work with ERP or procurement software, maintain documentation accuracy, and analyze basic cost and pricing data.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
