Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive MEP located in Gurgaon. The role involves managing procurement activities, preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring timely supply of materials and services, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project and operational goals. The Purchase Executive will also oversee vendor management and maintain accurate documentation of all purchase transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes
- Strong Procurement and vendor relationship management skills
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) domain is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
